Neliel Tu Oderschvank adult

Complementary to my small Nel vector. This was far more difficult! I had to redraw the lower 30 or 40px (the chin and below). I think this came up even better than the last one, and I love Neliel's expression. The mouth was a bit difficult because the line was a bit blurry. I'm planning on using both Nel vectors for a wallpaper. I'm not really happy with the background, but I wanted something different from the usual white with black text.
